1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Landbook website, Landbook MCP, and ArchiBench, provided by Spacewalk Inc. (스페이스워크 주식회사, the "Company").

2. Service

Answers from this service are produced with generative AI.

3. Accounts and connections

You must keep your account, API keys, and OAuth permissions secure. If you suspect a key has leaked, revoke or reissue it right away. You can revoke keys and disconnect at any time.

4. Limits on use

To keep the service stable, the Company may limit excessive calls or use that breaks the law or these terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Using someone else’s account or keys, or getting around security controls
• Disrupting the service or infringing privacy or other people’s rights
• Selling or renting access to Landbook without permission

6. Limits of data

Lookup results, drawing analysis results, and answers may be out of date, incomplete, or wrong. Parcel boundaries must not be used for surveying or to fix legal boundaries. Check official sources and consult professionals before making important decisions.

7. Changes, interruptions, and liability

The Company may change or briefly suspend the service as needed for maintenance, outages, or security. We do not guarantee that data is complete or current or that the service will be uninterrupted. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Paid plans

Orders and payments for paid plans are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.

Each plan’s usage resets on a fixed cycle, and unused usage does not carry over. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund policy.

We may change prices and usage. If you are on a paid plan, we will tell you before your next payment.
