ArchiBench is operated by Spacewalk Inc. (스페이스워크 주식회사). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. You won’t be charged again, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable, and there is no automatic prorated discretionary refund after seven days. Your legal rights in your country and the regional terms below still apply.

We may approve a refund for a verified billing error, a validated unauthorized charge, or a documented service or access failure.

For an unused individual plan, a discretionary refund may be available if you ask within seven days of the charge. The request must concern your current billing period, and there must be no substantial use, no active payment dispute, and no confirmed abuse; repeat refunds are limited. An accidental purchase, forgetting to cancel, dissatisfaction, or a plan change does not by itself qualify.

If a refund is granted, access covered by the refunded charge ends, subject to applicable law.

Republic of Korea residents

If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not used the service during that time, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, you will receive a prorated refund for the period from the date you request the refund to the end of the period you paid for. When you request a refund, your cancellation takes effect immediately and paid access ends. If you are eligible, we will process the refund without delay. EU, UK, and Turkey residents

If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a prorated refund.

Failed jobs

Usage for jobs that fail because of an engine error is returned automatically.
